Action Recorder

Even the easiest action can get tedious if you have to perform it repeatedly. It would be much easier if we did not have to log into an account or select destination paths every single day. Action Recorder will repeat any action, exactly the way you perform it. It lets you create any number of recorded tasks and execute them on demand or according to a schedule.

The software can be installed in a few seconds, after going through a standard setup process. It does not require any additional tools or services, so you can start using the application immediately.

The interface is a bit larger than a file's Properties window. You can start recording actions immediately by clicking the Record button, in the upper right corner of the window. When you are done performing your actions, you can use a hot key to stop and store the recording. You will find it in a list, on the lower part of the interface. The application will repeat your actions exactly the same way. If you play around with the mouse cursor, before clicking something, the software will do the same. To execute a task, all you need to do is select it and click the Repeat button, beneath the Record option.

The options that are available on the interface will make the software repeat an action once, multiple times or repeat it for a set period of time. It is also possible to set a delay between repeats, change their speed and set Action Recorder to shut down the computer when it is done. Tasks can be scheduled as well, making it possible to perform any action on your computer, while you are away.

Action Recorder includes two utilities for clicking and pressing keys automatically, while you work. You can set the application to click a number of times or click for a given time period, specify which button to click and more. While this feature is activated, you can just hover with the mouse cursor and Action Recorder will click, right click or double click for you. You may also instruct the application to click on a specified point on the screen. The second utility works the same way but it involves less options. You can set it to hold down a specified key or press it according to a time interval.
